"Absolutely cannot recommend this agency. After 7+ years paying premiums on auto & renter ins & no claims whatsoever, they denied my husband a homeowner policy based on ridiculous reason of something on his credit report from years ago. He was quickly & easily approved for a home loan several weeks prior to closing on our home & received excellent homeowner policy quotes from dozens of other reputable companies. In fact, this agent is the ONLY one who denied him a policy. Then they had the nerve to text him today to say he was late on paying his auto premium when he had email confirmation that he canceled his auto draft on his car several weeks ago after they denied him the homeowner policy. He was such a loyal customer for over 7 years with no claims whatsoever & they banked thousands of dollars from him just to turn around & treat him like a piece of trash. No appreciation for all the loyalty he showed them for so many years. In my line of work I know there are so many other reputable companies & agents in the Newnan/Coweta/Fayette area. Sure wouldn’t ever recommend giving one dime to this agent. I’m sure they will have a defensive rebuttal to this but this is truth and frankly we’re relieved to be done with them after the way he has been treated. So refreshing for him to be welcomed with open arms by his new company/agent."

"The worst insurance agent ever!!!! My mom was with this office before I was born (1993) with Ruth Anne. Every since Deidre took over she has been a total b!+c#. She decided to drop my mom's insurance for no reason what so ever, she lied to my brother about his insurance, and refuses to help my sister who was just in a car accident with her for insurance. Take your business else where. She's not loyal and she's very vindictive."
